Computer Management Sciences is the publisher of CPExpert software. CPExpert was first published in 1991 and has been supported and maintained continuously.

Computer Management Sciences was founded in 1986 by Don Deese. Mr. Deese was a pioneer in mainframe system performance. He was the first President of the Computer Measurement Group from 1975 to 1977 and in 1981, he was awarded the A.A. Michelson Award for his development of techniques to measure early computer system performance.

CPExpert has grown and continues to be updated and maintained by IBM z/OS systems experts that are passionate about tuning and performance analysis.
